A clearer, more capable Bento

Hi, it’s David. We packed a few new things into Bento this month. Here’s what’s inside.

Interactive pages in chat

Your agent can now answer with a live page instead of a wall of text. Ask for a chart, a comparison table, a dashboard, or a gallery of images, and it appears right in the conversation, on desktop or phone. You can scroll it, interact with it, and expand it to full size. The agent checks how a page looks before it shares it, and every page is saved with the chat so you can come back to it later.

Lower prices

We’ve lowered usage costs in several places, so you can do more with the same workspace budget. The change is applied automatically—there’s nothing to switch on. See the current plans to learn more.

Daily, weekly, and monthly usage

Usage is now easier to understand at a glance. Workspace settings show daily, weekly, and monthly views, so you can follow activity over time and see how your workspace budget is being used.

Backups

Workspace backups give you a dependable copy of your work. You can export a backup when you need one and connect Google Drive as a backup destination. Open Workspace settings to get started.
